Deposits and Tax:
$150 Security Deposit, one time $95 Linen/Cleaning Fee and 9.5% Occupancy Tax required. Security Deposit refunded within 10 days after checkout. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Reservation information:
To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 2 nights lodging. Payment of balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are refundable in full if notice is received 30 days prior to your arrival or if we are able to book those dates with another party. Otherwise, the 2 nights lodging will be forfeited.

Payment: Visa/Mastercard, Personal Check, Cashiers Check and Paypal accpeted.

Please keep in mind this is a non-smoking condo and no pets are allowed.
